00:12I asked her in the House of Commons today whether she would cut that increase in fuel duty that's coming
00:17in later this year, and she said no.
00:19It's the worst possible time to make it more expensive for people who need to drive to college, to work,
00:26to fill up on the petrol forecourts.
00:28And I urge her to change course.
