00:11And above all, unemployment is rising to near record levels. And yet the Chancellor came to Parliament without a single
00:18idea or policy to fix it and to put the economy on a better course.
00:23The Chancellor chose not to make decisions today, but there were little elements of green sheets in the Office of
00:31Budget Responsibility report, weren't there?
00:33Well, growth was down. Unemployment is up. And taxes are set to their record highest level.
00:42And on unemployment, I mean, look what's happening now. You've got over a million young people in the country, not
00:47in education, employment or training.
00:50That is an absolute tragedy and action needs to be taken to get those young people back into the workplace
00:56and to fix this problem.
