00:20but to have the sustainability for forces to continue to revisit military targets until we're convinced that power projection capabilities

00:31So I don't think it's any unique capability that is arriving in theater.
00:35I think it is a more massive ability to sustain an air campaign until, again, we're confident that our military
00:43objectives are complete.
