00:00Donald Trump has just launched America into a full-scale conflict
00:03against one of our most fervent adversaries without a plan,
00:08without an endgame, and without authorization for Congress
00:11or even a debate in full view of the American people.
00:16The consequences are already mounting, as I've said.
00:19Four American service members have been killed. Several others have been wounded.
00:24And the President says many casualties, many more casualties
00:28are likely to come. This is not what the
00:32American people want. The American people
00:36want more effective action to address the rising costs that
00:40are crushing them. Make no mistake about it. This is a war of
00:44choice, not necessity. And
00:48regardless of whether you're a Democrat or a Republican or an Independent,
00:52or even if you don't pay attention to politics, there's one thing almost everyone
00:56agrees on. We are sick and tired of endless wars in
01:00the Middle East. And there is real danger that this
01:04is the road we are on right now.
