05:19He used to work as a mediator.
05:22He was not educated, but confidence, even that area, 20, 30 villages, they used to select mediators who are all
05:34respectably deal the issues.
05:36They used to deal number of days, one week, 10 days, three, four sittings, or five, six sittings.
05:44Ultimately, they used to sort out the issue.
05:49Our Honorable Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh has rightly mentioned.
05:53He asked me, it is very less mediator's fee, 3,000 rupees.
05:59It is very difficult.
06:01Can you enhance 10,000?
06:02My people told me, 10,000, all of us are done, more than three times.
06:08I said, if cases will be settled, 10,000 is not the issue.
06:14Immediately, for every successful mediation, we'll give 10,000.
06:21Even unsuccessful mediation also, we'll give 3,000 rupees.
06:33Ultimately, I'm very clear, as on now, we are watching.
06:39India is moving very fast.

06:46As on today, we are fourth largest economy.
06:51Another one year, two years, we are going to become third largest economy.
06:56By 2038, we will be number two economy in the world, largest economy.

07:37Second is, our economy is maturing very fast.
07:43Third one, first more advantage of technology.
07:47All of us, we are moving from IT to EA.
07:51Tomorrow, we are going to move quantum computing also.
07:56Sir, sir, I have seen for the last four and a half decades in my life.
08:02I have seen there is no power.
08:06Today, on your roof, we are producing power.
08:09That is the day today.
08:12I have seen the day we don't have telephone connectivity.
08:17Today, sir, 4G, 5G, 6G, we are talking.
08:21We are going to provide every home.
08:24When I became Chief Minister first time, with great difficulty, I bargained with BSNL 2 MPPS.
08:35With the 2 MPPS, I used to have a collector's conference, teleconference, video conference, all these things.
08:43Today, we are talking about gigawatt, gigabit capacity of telecom.
08:49So, earlier, power was no power.
08:54However, very soon, we are going to export green hydrogen, green ammonia.
09:00That will be the biggest business for India.
09:03These are all the opportunities available.
09:05For all these things, sir, ultimately, any delay in justice, it will be delayed development and progress and prosperity.
09:17So, this is a very good advantage for all of us.
09:21Justice and development has to go together.
09:26Ultimately, as policymakers, what all we are expecting, at a faster phase development,
09:34and if judiciary also will cooperate in that direction, I don't have any doubts, sir, India will become number one.
09:43Sir, what all I want to request from your honourable side,
09:49make Andhra Pradesh one of the best models for justice city,
09:55either mediation or legal services or judicial academy.

10:05National Judicial Academy in Amaravati,
10:08we will be very happy for that total construction.
10:12Even everything will cooperate with the judiciary, sir.
