Alice in Wonderland: A Soothing Lullaby & Bedtime Story [Gentle Piano and musics]
Alice in Wonderland
This gentle retelling of Alice's adventure is designed to calm the mind, reduce anxiety, and guide your child—or you!—into a peaceful sleep.")sleep meditation for kids, bedtime stories audio, calming lullabies, family-friendly, relaxation music.

On a sunny summer day so warm and bright,
Alice sat reading till she lost the light.
The book was boring, sleepy took its turn,
When a white rabbit made her wonder learn!

"Oh dear! I'm late! I'm late!" the rabbit cried,
With pocket watch and coat, he rushed to hide.
Down a rabbit hole he disappeared from sight,
Alice followed close with all her might.

She stretched and squeezed into the tunnel deep,
Then suddenly she took a falling leap.
Down, down she went for what felt like a year,
Then landed softly, feeling no more fear.

A tiny door she found, too small to fit,
But on a table, there was help a bit.
A bottle said "DRINK ME" — she took a sip,
And shrank herself on this exciting trip.

"Oh no! How will I ever be my size?"
She said with tears and panic in her eyes.
Until she met a caterpillar green,
Sitting upon a mushroom, calm and keen.

"One side will make you small, one side will grow,"
The caterpillar told her, speaking slow.
She took a bite and grew with happy cheer,
"Thank goodness! Now my proper size is here!"

A Cheshire Cat in tree with grin so wide,
Said, "Go that way — a tea party's inside!"
A table set with treats and cups of tea,
The Mad Hatter yelled, "There's no place for thee!"

But Alice sat and drank some tea with grace,
Next to the sleepy Mouse and March Hare's place.
Then off she went to meet the Queen of Hearts,
Who played croquet with flamingos as darts.

"You'll play with me and let me win!" she roared,
But Alice played much better — oh how she scored!
The angry Queen then yelled, "Off with her head!"
But Alice by her sister's hand was led.

"Wake up, it's morning now," her sister smiled,
Alice told all her dreams, so strange and wild.
Then hungry from her journey, off she sped,
To have some breakfast and rest her sleepy head.

So if you dream of rabbits in a hurry,
Or mushrooms that can make you shrink or grow,
Remember Alice and her wondrous story —
The strangest dreams are those we love to know!
