00:41and Rosanna Scotto that she had fentanyl in her system. While the Bravo star declined to say who
00:47she believed drugged her, she claimed the incident took place at the Abbey in West Hollywood, California.
00:52Rinna also claimed that she knows a lot of people who have allegedly been drugged at the Abbey,
00:56including some of her daughters Amelia and Delilah's friends. Earlier this week,
