00:07According to Pagasa, weather conditions are expected to be favorable on Tuesday, March 3rd,
00:12with the totality starting around 7.04 p.m., peaking at 7.34 p.m. and ending by 8.03
00:19p.m.
00:20The eclipse will also be visible in parts of the Pacific Ocean, North America, Eastern Asia,
00:25including Japan, New Zealand and large areas of Australia.
