00:15the 11.20am incident at the Jalan Persiaran Jalil Utama entry and exit junction involved
00:22four officers conducting routine crime prevention patrols.
00:25The officers were addressing vehicles obstructing traffic, advising the owners to move their
00:31cars and to register for the Volunteer Smartphone Patrol, VSP, application.
00:36They also recorded the owners' details for documentation.
00:39Two summonses were issued to the driver and to another vehicle owner for traffic obstruction.
00:45ACP Mohamed Rosti urged the public not to speculate on the matter, warning that misinformation
00:50could create misunderstandings about police duties.
00:54He reaffirmed that the police remain committed to upholding integrity and maintaining public
01:00trust in the interest of national safety.
