00:08Sofas, mattresses, skips and rubble were left on Springvale Street and Anne Street in Willan Hall.
00:15Councillor Simran Chima raised concerns with Walsall Council in October and invited media to view the site before Springvale Street

00:25She says enforcement measures are not strong enough.
00:28The council says additional action is in place, including multiple CCTV cameras in the area, and officers continue to investigate
