Circle profit jumps as USDC circulation surges.

00:02Circle said its fourth quarter profit increased as investors moved into its stablecoin even as
00:07digital asset prices fell in late 2025, according to the Wall Street Journal. Circle reported
00:13fourth quarter net income from continuing operations of $133.4 million, or $0.43 per
00:20share, compared with $4.4 million a year earlier. Revenue rose 77% to $770 million,
00:27beating Wall Street estimates of $0.16 per share on $747 million in revenue.
00:34Circle shares searched after their June debut, but have since fallen nearly 80% from their peak
00:39during a broader crypto downturn that pressured token prices and investor sentiment. The company
00:44said USDC ended 2025 with $75.3 billion in circulation, up 72% from a year earlier.
00:52Shares were up by 16% in Wednesday's pre-market trading.
