Two men have been given life sentences after attacking Craig Dean in what a judge described as a punishment beating. The court heard the assault followed a dispute linked to a drugs operation.

00:05Hamza Khan, aged 23, and Mohammed Rahman, aged 25,
00:10attacked Craig Dean, known as Yankee, in Kingsheath last July.
00:14Birmingham Crown Court heard the 53-year-old was kicked and stamped on
00:18in what the judge described as a punishment beating.
00:22He died later in hospital.
00:24Khan must serve a minimum of 17 years.
00:28Rahman will serve at least 17 years and six months.
00:31The court heard the pair ran a drugs line and targeted Mr Dean after a dispute.
00:37In court, relatives described Mr Dean's sense of humour
00:40and said his future was stolen in seconds by the violent attack.
