Shop owner urges the council to step in after Caledonian Road floods damages his stores

00:03Suddenly yesterday, around 3 o'clock, something like that is happening, water.
00:10It's crazy, water is coming. After two minutes, the water is inside the shop.
00:15I can't stop it. These two persons are pushing the door, still the water is coming,
00:19and it's all downstairs, more than a meter of water.
00:25All shops are destroyed. I can't work and no power at the moment.
