00:00I've always thought that being the best is making things look easy.
00:03You are excellent and it seems as though you kind of just cruised through life.
00:08Of course you won another gold medal, she's only 20 already.
00:10But I think with vulnerability, there's so much more power in that.
00:14I really struggled. I had a lot of mental health issues after the last Olympics.
00:19I dealt with severe injuries. A year ago, I had a concussion in January of 2025.
00:25I had seizures after and people were worried if I was going up.
00:28That's a real terrifying experience to go through.
00:32I dealt with injury and I dealt with cyberbullying and I dealt with so many different things.
00:36But what's important, I think, is learning to start showing that to the world in a way that is beneficial.
00:42I also don't want to be complaining, but the point is I have difficulties too.
00:46Everything that I have, I fought tooth and nail to get.
00:50Every contest is close. People are like, the contest wasn't close.
00:53I have to still perform every time and it's not an easy thing to do.
00:58So, short answer would be the power of vulnerability and the power of showing the real you.
01:04But for sure, it's a long history.
01:07Even if you can
