00:03How does this year end up a success, in your opinion?
00:08Man, I think us just focusing on the little details and taking care of business every step of the way.
00:18I think as we focus on that one-week approach, even one day, I think we know if we put
00:27this thing together the right way, we'll be right where we want to be.
00:30But there's steps to take to get to that point, and we can't skip any steps.
00:36So I think a success to me is just focusing on that, staying together as a team, and enjoying the
00:42process of it.
00:43Because like I said, if we do that, the steps along the way will continue to stack up, and we'll
00:51be playing on that certain date that we want to play.
00:54I think the sport we play, you kind of navigate a lot with all we go through, and having someone
01:02that just kind of understands you, it's powerful.
01:06So I recommend it for everyone.
01:10And if you don't love with your full heart, then you're not living.
01:19The expectations this year are completely through the roof at Oregon.
01:23How do you manage those expectations?
01:27That's why we play the game.
01:31I say it like this.
01:33I think at a certain point, you dream of this silver platter, and you're always working to get there.
01:38And then once you have it in front of you, it's like the stage is set.
