00:07has marked its 10th anniversary. The service was set up by Sarah Hope after a bus crash in Richmond
00:13in 2007 killed her mother and injured her and her daughter. More than 600 individuals and families
00:21have used the service, which provides emotional support, practical advice and financial help.
00:27Users say it offers reassurance and recognition that victims are not just statistics. A commemorative
00:33event on February 16 included Sarah Hope, TfL representatives and Mayor Sursadiq Khan,
00:39who praised the service's decade-long support for Londoners.
