00:23for not having the courage to do what's right for our country.
00:27I'd like to thank and congratulate Justices Thomas, Alito, and Kavanaugh
00:33for their strength and wisdom and love of our country.
00:37To show you how ridiculous the opinion is, however,
00:41the court said that I'm not allowed to charge even $1.
00:44I can't charge $1.
00:47Can't charge $1.
00:49I would have used one penny, but we don't make the pennies anymore.
00:52We save money.
00:54I can't charge $1 to any country under AIPA.
00:58But I am allowed to cut off any and all trade or business with that same country.
01:04In other words, I can destroy the trade.

01:08I'm even allowed to impose a foreign country-destroying embargo.

01:18In me, the unquestioned right to ban all sorts of things from coming into our country,

01:35The Democrats on the court are thrilled, but they will.
01:41But now I'm going to go in a different direction,
01:45probably the direction that I should have gone the first time,
01:50but I read the language.
01:52I'm very good at reading language, and it read our way 100%,
01:55but now I'll go the way I could have gone originally,
01:59which is even stronger than our original choice.
02:03Therefore, effective immediately,
02:05all national security tariffs under Section 232
02:09and existing Section 301 tariffs,
02:12they're existing, they're there,
02:15remain in place, fully in place,
02:19and in full force and effect.
02:21Today, I will sign an order to impose a 10% global tariff
02:25under Section 122,
02:27over and above our normal tariffs already being charged.
02:32And we're also initiating several Section 301
02:36and other investigations to protect our country
02:39from unfair trading practices of other countries and companies.
02:51of the information that we've established in the year
02:52or the the way of local tariffs
02:52that we can store in our country.
02:52And we're going to be able to increase the amount of tariffs
02:52and increase the amount of tariffs on housing stuff.
