00:22all day. Dulles, New York City, Philadelphia, Boston. The snow arrives this afternoon. Some
00:27minor delays there. Wind's the big story here in the Midwest. We don't have the delays right now,
00:33but I think there's going to be some delays from late morning into this afternoon due to the wind.
