00:21Valerie Vaz. Deputy Lead Councillor Adrian Andrews says the ruling goes against people
00:26and puts the Greenbelt under threat. Developer William Davis Homes disputes the council's
00:32definition, saying the site meets the conditions of Greybelt, also arguing it helps address housing
00:38need with 46 affordable homes and a 10% biodiversity net gain.
