Venezuelan Opposition Leader Guanipa has house arrest lifted, says brother

A house arrest order imposed on Venezuelan opposition politician Juan Pablo Guanipa has been lifted, according to his brother and lawmaker Tomás Guanipa. Juan Pablo Guanipa is a close ally of Nobel Peace Prize winner María Corina Machado, one of the country’s most prominent opposition voices.
