00:22This is a vision of Gaza as part of the Middle East at peace.
00:28Not a phony piece of declarations no one means and agreements no one intends to keep.
00:33But a genuine commitment to a region where whether you're a Muslim, Jew, Christian, of any faith or none,
00:40you can rise by your own efforts and feel your government by your side, not on your back.
00:45We are here to help the people of Gaza, to lift them up and give them ever an opportunity to
00:50succeed.
00:50And we really see this as a partnership with them and with the Israelis to see if we can create
00:55an environment
00:56that can be peaceful, that can be functional, that can offer people the opportunity to really live a better life.
01:01And I think you've seen some of the work today and hopefully we'll be successful.
01:05Like I said the last one, you know, failure is not an option.
