This 4-year-old rescue Bichon/Poodle mix, known for his “Bichon Blitzes,” suddenly got the zoomies and began racing around the room, jumping up and down on the bed, and playing with his owner. Later, he continued the energetic bursts outside in the garden, running around happily.
