01:16on Rue Jacques-Lafitte in Bayonne.
01:20Every day, cocoa beans are roasted,
01:24ground, refined, and then conched for at least 48 hours.
01:32Only then is the chocolate poured into bars.
01:39Then it is sold.
01:41And suddenly, it has completely disappeared.
