01:58laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte, eh baka magkakonekta ho yan

02:02kasi matapos eh nagdeklarang na nga, natatakbo siya bilang Pangulo sa 2028 elections.

02:07Ano ho ba ang tingin nyo dyan?

02:09Well, we cannot comment on that, no?

02:11And as far as the Justice Committee is concerned,

02:14ang trabaho namin is to wait kung kailan ma-transmit ito sa Justice Committee

03:04Wala naman kasing restriction kung ilan ang pwede ma-file na complaint

03:09for as long as it is being filed within the regulatory period, no?

03:14We have to remember, hindi naman nagbago yung Francisco ruling

03:19what operates initiation in as far as impeachment complaint is concerned

03:24is kapag ka may referral na sa Justice Committee

03:27to this date, wala pang referral, no?

03:30I think the first three impeachment complaints were transmitted already

03:34to the office of the Speaker

03:36Ito namang pang-apat, eh, perhaps nasa office pa ng Secretary General

03:41but since wala pang nare-refer sa Justice Committee

03:44at hindi pa rin naglalaps yung 10 session days

03:49when the office of the Speaker is supposed to include

03:52all this impeachment complaints in the order of business of the plenary

03:55So I think pwede pa, pwede pa mag-file ng impeachment complaint

06:42That because of inaction of the House of Representatives upon the lapse of the regulatory period

06:50Considered or deemed initiated already ang impeachment complaint, no?

06:56So given these dates, no, Rafi, yung first and second complaint unang na-refer

07:02Unang na-transmit sa Office of the Speaker, February 5

07:05So from February 5, we should count 10 session days

07:09And within that period, dapat ma-include na sa order of business

07:14Either some or all of the impeachment complaints
