00:49getting them all excited about the movement
00:51and it was really, really important.
00:54How could a band that plays traditional music
00:57end up with a number one hit?

01:10It's one of the best musical groups ever formed.
01:14You can put the Stones, you can put the Beatles, you know,
01:17that they're right there, they're right in the same vein.
01:25You know, these cats were cool and they got on the stage with their shades
01:30and they were like, you know,
01:33and it was the Spanglish and I thought, wow, this is so exciting.
01:40Each song teaches you something that gets you to the next one.
01:46And the Grammy goes to Los Lobos.
