These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
I was in another organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators collection and sharing territory to get some images. The other Targeted Individuals group TI would not mind if I showed up into his perp collection zone to poach his/her perps and collaborators. I am sure they are doing the same thing into my own collection and sharing zone. It does not matter who's territory is what, as long as some uniformed and/or civilian gangstalking perps get to be made internet famous.
Each one of us in those international groups may have our own territories spread out all over the planet in the various cities and countries, but that is just a formality anyway. It is not like they are regulations, but more like guidelines. We would each happily cross over into each other's zones to make any uniformed and civilian gangstalking perpetrator and collaborator internet famous, any day or time.
Our international allied groups just like it even more whenever those nice and/or nasty international groups and their adherents look up any of the gangstalking perps from anywhere. All those decentralized gangstalking perp catalogues and information are not for private uses only, meant to be shared to everyone far and wide.
