00:00Hello everyone, thank you for being here today. Another exciting year is ahead of us.
00:04We have some wonderful things that we're bringing in this year and then some returning items as well.
00:09To start, we have a new homegrown stand and it's where a lot of healthy options are being held.
00:15We started this stand last year. It's more of a portable and we just offer, you know, lighter items.
00:23It's really wonderful to have something very light to eat when it's 100 degrees outside
00:29and you're walking around the stadium. And so we have an addition to that stand and that is our
00:33pepita salad here. The base of it is kale and then we also have roasted sweet potatoes.
00:39We have roasted cauliflower. We have tomatoes, cranberries, and then pepitas with our pumpkin
00:45seeds. This is a delicious salad. It comes with a lemon vinaigrette. And then if you would like it
00:49to be vegan, you can just take the vinaigrette off and you can eat it with everything else that's
00:53there. Next, we have our pinnil nacho. This is one of my favorites. We slow roast the pork for hours.
01:01It's super tender, super flavorful. Lots of cumin, chilies, lime. It's just absolutely phenomenal.
01:08It comes with also our house cheese sauce. I can't tell you what's in it. It's special. You can't buy

01:13anywhere, but it is great. And then we also have black beans, cilantro, and pico de gallo.
01:19This is also in the winner's club. And then next we have our brisket tacos. This is another
01:26delicious item. This one is brand new, just like the pinnil taco. Here we have pickled onions,
01:33house smoked brisket, cilantro, and cotija cheese. And it also comes with salsa verde. You can find this
01:39in stand nine. This is replacing a different taco that we had last year. And we basically just wanted
01:45to elevate it and recreate it. And we thought this was going to be great for the fans. Next,
01:50we have a fan favorite. And this is our crossbar chicken quesadilla. And we sell this in winner's
01:58club. This is a returning item. We sold thousands of these last year, so I could not take it off
02:03the
02:03menu. We didn't change anything with it. We left it classic the same. It is just a great item to
02:09have.
02:09Kids love it. Everybody loves this one. And last but not least, we have one that I know is going
02:15to
02:15cause a craze across the stadium. And that is our new match day cookie melt. And it is what it
02:22sounds
02:23like. It is a hot, it will be served hot, and it will come with chocolate sauce, sprinkles, cherry on
02:28top,
02:29and whipped cream. So thank you.
