00:16Charter and the interpretation of the Olympic Charter can obviously always be contested,
00:24but very simply put it is part of the Olympic Charter that the athletes expression rules
00:31which were as you know agreed by the athletes led actually by our president when she was chair of
00:37the athletes commission. They were rules that the athletes themselves asked for. Our problem is not
00:43with the message it was simply with the place and we ask everyone to try to respect that field of
00:51play
00:51moment and to keep it free from messaging and we ask that for any country from any athlete from
00:56anywhere in the world.
