00:00Millions of people, four and a half million people are now going to get their right to vote in May,
00:05despite Keir Starmer's best efforts, despite many Tory councillors colluding with him, trying to stop them from getting a chance
00:11to vote their councillors out.
00:12We're very proud of reform that we launched a judicial review under Nigel's instruction. And on the day the government
00:19had a deadline to submit its evidence, they have thrown in the towel in light of, quote from the letter,
00:25new legal advice. That legal advice would have inevitably told them they were headed for a loss in the High
00:30Court. The hearing was meant to begin in two days' time. Huge news. And look, we don't have a written
00:35constitution in this country. A lot of things that people watching this programme may take for granted, they shouldn't.
00:40And we're very proud to have done our part to preserve democracy in this country for at least another year
00:45under this awful Starmer government. And now, you know, I think it's the 16th U-turn. Labour and indeed the
00:54Tories who colluded with the government to try to stop millions of people from getting a chance to vote are
00:58now being dragged kicking and screaming into contact with their electorate in May.
