00:00This particular Shivaratri which comes in the month of Madha,
00:05well in the north they call it Palguni because different ways of keeping calendar.
00:15In southern India we see Amavasya as the conclusion of a month.
00:22In the north they see Tavnam as the concluding day of the month
00:28because of this there's a little variation but today's Mahashivaratri everywhere.
00:35There is a natural of such which every human being who has a vertical spine can make use of.
00:44Well there are a whole lot of WhatsApp scientists
00:51and some spiritual hobos who say this is all rubbish.
00:57Let's look at it this way. There are some scientists sitting here eminent ones.
01:02Well on this day and every full moon day and new moon day,
01:07the whole ocean is rising. It's called the high tide.
01:14The full is such millions of tons of water is trying to rise.
01:22When such a force is being exerted, this body which is over seventy percent water
01:30and almost everything that happens in this body is because of the actions of the fluids within the system
01:38and secretions within the system.
01:41Your health, your well-being, your mental balance, your emotional experiences and profound experiences of life
01:48and all are subject to the secretions in your body or the chemical balances in your system.
01:57And all this is in the fluid form or liquid form.
02:02If the whole ocean is trying to rise, do you believe nothing within you will rise?
02:08It does. If you are sensitive to it and open to it, it's a great opportunity which will enhance
02:17one's sense of health, well-being, material well-being and spiritual possibilities.
02:26And above all, a successful life. Successful life does not mean doing better than somebody else.
02:37Successful life means this life found full expression.
02:41That is a successful life. You don't have to be better than somebody else,
02:46but you are at your best every moment of your life. This is a successful life.
02:52Now, essentially it means in our lives, if we do not do what we cannot do, no problem.
03:01But if we do not do what we can do, we are a disaster. The whole effort of this yoga,
03:10my effort and Adiyogi's millennium of effort is just this, that nobody should be in disaster,
03:19that they themselves are an empire. Their own mind, their own thought, their own emotions,
03:25their own bodies are in the way of their success. Well, if you step out into the world to do
03:31anything
03:32significant, there are a thousand impairments. Some may be crossed, some may not. But if you yourself
03:40prepare for an empire, where is the solution? So the science of yoga and this Mahashidrat and above all,
03:49the iconic image of Adiyogi is essentially about this, that you are never the empire in your life.
03:59The more things you do in this world, the more impediments you will face. If you are not having any
04:05problems,
04:06obviously you are not doing anything significant in your life. If you are doing something significant,
04:13there will be a thousand problems on a daily basis. Because the world doesn't always make way for you.
04:22The world puts up many thresholds, it's for us to cross it. But the most important thing is,
04:31you are not a block in your own life. This much one must ensure that your own mind, thought, emotion
04:39and energies do not become an impediment. To facilitate this is the science of yoga.
04:46Here, this iconic image of Adiyogi, are you like him?
04:52Either it's not good enough, what?
04:57Well, when we crafted his space, when I spent over two and a half years to design his space,
05:03the three qualities that we wanted to enshrine in him was absolute stillness. You see that?
05:14And very effervescent senses, exuberance
05:22and intoxication.
05:26Not from a bottle or something else. The greatest chemical factory is here.
05:33This is the most sophisticated chemical factory.
05:36If you are a good CEO, you will produce the chemicals of blissfulness.
05:43If you are a lovely manager of things, you produce chemicals of anxiety, stress, nonsense,
05:49whatever else. Thousand other things which you don't need.
05:53If you are generating what you do not want within yourself,
05:58I… I don't have very good language for that. Is it okay?
06:04If you are… In the world there are so many things that you don't like.
06:08But within yourself, if you are producing things that you don't like,
06:12something fundamentally wrong with you, isn't it?
06:14To fix this, Adi Yogi came and many millennia ago, he gave 112 methods
06:25through which a human being can attain to their highest possibility, 112 ways,
06:31so that no human being is left out. It is because of that we made his image 112 feet tall
06:39as an acknowledgement. Adi Yogi is not of the past. Adi Yogi is of the future because what he gave
06:49are not belief systems, philosophies or ideologies or teachings even. They are technologies for well-being.
07:00Never before in the history of humanity in the last 15,000 years since he came.
07:07There has been a generation which is as intellectually active as today, I believe, in terms of scale.
07:15So this is the time for him. He has waited for 15,000 years where it is since people want
07:22to worship him,
07:23but nobody took up the technologies. Only a small fringe of people practiced others.
07:28They made calendars out of 10 men. They thought everything will happen.
07:34No, humanity has come to a place where the intellect is firing like never before
07:40and for the first time our trust in technology has become more than heaven.
07:46So this is the best time for him. This is not… He is not of the past.
07:53He belongs to future generations because future generations are trusting only technology,
08:00not fairy tales that somebody tells you. So this is the time for him.
08:05And in many ways we want to see in the next coming decade of truth,
08:11we want to see global, across the world, we want to see technologies for well-being become the relative force.
08:21Not looking up, looking in. In is the only way out. This is the message.
08:27This is a movement from religion to responsibility.
08:32Religion means, unfortunately, people believe responsibilities are there.
08:37That is not the nature of this civilization. Here, we've always been told,
08:45creation was not made by you or me. It was here before we came.
08:48We bow down to the force which made that happen. But our lives, how we live, how we experience,
08:56what we make out of this is our karma. It's our responsibility.
09:00Our karma simply means is our making. This is our making. How you are right now is your making.
09:09Doesn't matter how many forces either support you or beat you down. All these things happen to everybody.
09:16But what you make out of this life is entirely your karma. So this is the only civilization which
09:23has been telling you, you are the source of your life. You are the maker of your life.
09:29You didn't make the creation, but you have to make this life the way you want.
09:34If everyone of us made ourselves the way we want ourselves to be,
09:38I think we are going to live in a glorious world and a glorious nation.
09:42All of us who are working for Bhavya Bharat and it is my special privilege to introduce
09:52our Raksha Mantri, our beloved Radha Singhvi.
10:00Probably among the most dynamic defense ministers that Bharat has seen and unfortunately there have been
10:08situations which have been handled with absolute precision and success and also it's our honor.
10:17Many people from the forces are here. There's a whole group over 5,000 people from all the three forces
10:23including the paramilitary. Where are they? Can you just stand up?
10:31Today we are also honoring nine of our Taylor Bharatiers who have contributed or continue to contribute
10:42to build the Bhavya Bharat. Bhavya Bharat motion and our beloved defense minister will honor them
10:50with the Bhavya Bharat medal. This will be an eerie feature that every year we will select
10:56certain people who are contributing to the making of this nation. This great nation has a holy history
11:05that is important but what is more important is this civilization has solutions for the entire world.
11:12This civil civilization has solutions for humanity because when we say Bharat,
11:22when we say Sanatana, Sanatana means eternal, Dharma means law. There are various kinds of laws. Of course,
11:29there are civil laws, there are criminal laws, there are variety of laws. Similarly, there are
11:36other dharmas or laws. If you are a Rohestha, you have one kind of law. If you are a Sanyasi,
11:42there is another kind of law.
11:44If you are a Raja, one kind of law, a law. If you are a Braja, another kind of law.
11:49For everybody, there is a certain law or a certain
11:52code of code of conduct and operation. But there is something called as Sanatana that means eternal law.
12:02That which governs all life, not just shamans, every life on this planet. So what we refer to as Sanatana
12:10which
12:11is a lot of bad things has happened but essentially this is something that is relevant to all life at
12:20all times.
12:21Because what is Sanatana, what is eternal is also all-inclusive. So in making this nation a phenomenon
12:31for the future generations, we are not looking at how to make this Bharat into a superpower.
12:38We don't want to be a superpower because superpower means domination, dominating everybody in the world.
12:45We don't want to dominate anyone. We want to be a transforming force. We want to create a world
12:51a world that is gentle, compassionate, and just, and above all, spiritually alive.
13:03To be continued…
13:05to have a superpower.
13:05To be continued…
