00:01See, AI is here. And my point is that every industrial revolution has always created more
00:07jobs than it has displaced. But it has created those jobs in countries that have embraced the
00:12industrial revolution. So the AI revolution is here. No second thoughts about it. And as a nation
00:18and more so as a state, we have taken a standard we are going to embrace. We can create a
00:23hub
00:23for data compute, an AI capacity in the state of Andhra Pradesh. And this is just the beginning.
00:29For me, it's not just about the data center. No, I'm going and chasing the companies that
00:33actually make those servers that go sit in those data centers. The companies that make
00:37the entire air conditioning, the water cooling system, the whole nine yards. I believe in
00:41building the entire ecosystem that will make Andhra Pradesh more vibrant and positions itself
00:46really well in terms of future opportunities in this particular ecosystem. The data city
00:51is going to come in one ecosystem. And what do I mean by one ecosystem? It's a 100 kilometer
00:55radius. So I am a firm believer of ecosystems. I don't believe that we should pepper it across
01:00the state. It will not sustain. In the long run, it will not work. I am very clear that
01:04ecosystem should be in one zone. The entire cluster should come. And that's why we are looking
01:09at North Andhra Pradesh, which is Vishakhapatnam and beyond, where this entire ecosystem is going
01:13to get built out. I believe India is positioned well. We have to focus or concentrate our energies.
01:18Definitely we can leapfrog. And India is at that infliction point in terms of our entire ecosystem.
01:25And the way today's states are competing, I think it's a welcome change for the nation.
01:30All of us are competing with each other. And I believe when states compete, India wins.
01:34And this is a very welcome change. So five years, you will see a lot of transformation
01:38across the ecosystems that we are talking about.
