02:24us well beyond politics if there's no water there's no life and guess who have the best specialists and
02:30experts in the world dealing with water issues is really experts one of the reasons i went to israel
02:34was to talk about that as well and there's so many ways that we can engage and partner with them
02:39helping us in that area and as opposed to a regime that says no they don't even have the
02:45the right to to exist that's the difference so it's not necessarily focusing only on one country
02:51it's a regional thing but most importantly from the prism whether it's europe or the united states
02:56why can't we as people of that region be the ones working together to bring about stability
