00:14exploded device on the Oval. We attended, we set up a quarter and then our box of this team came

00:25They established it was safe, that it had been exploded, it was now safe and we got our
00:32frenzies out to take it away and have a further investigation. So what we're doing is we're urging
00:38members of the public, if they see anything suspicious or they hear any explosion, please contact us straight away.
