00:00The Department of Information and Communications Technology or DICT has announced that the eGov PH application is rapidly gaining traction with approximately 36 million downloads and the availability of over a thousand government services integrated in the app, including those from national agencies and local government units or LGU permits.
00:20The eGov app has been implementing a paperless and penless system through the new eGov Docs feature. Furthermore, the once-only policy is being enforced to ensure that data previously submitted to one government agency will no longer need to be submitted repeatedly to other agencies.
00:36To ensure digital inclusion, the DICT has rolled out the eGov Caravan and the eGov Servicia Hubs or physical one-stop shops for citizens with no gadgets or have difficulty accessing the app.
