00:05he was a part of the conversation, and we're talking about grief. A mutual friend of ours
00:10passed, his dad passed away, and this was right before the pandemic, and he said to me, he's like,
00:16you know, I realize nothing is ever urgent. So when you think about work, right, we're doing
00:21whatever work that you're doing, and everybody's probably doing something great, but is what we're
00:26doing urgent. And so in thinking about that balance, can you work another four hours tonight,
00:32or can you maybe allocate that four hours to tomorrow to get it done, right, and rest, right?
00:39The same thing with your personal life, right? Like, oh, maybe I scale back, I leave work early so I
00:45can go, you know, get flowers for my lady or whatever, you know, whatever the case may be,
00:50maybe I can go to the gym and take care of yourself. I think it's all about in finding the balances
00:54to answer your question. It's finding what works best for you, and just making small shifts.
