00:06low libido which means sex drive um you definitely have to connect with your pcp because you want to
00:13make sure that there's nothing physical going on right so that's the first step and then if this
00:18is the if this is your norm where you just constantly aren't in the mood and so this is
00:24like a checklist the quality of your relationship is healthy because that's a libido killer right um
00:32if you're going through postpartum your hormones may be uh all over the place and so you know if
00:38you're disconnected or not if this is a your norm you've checked off you've gone to the doctor um
00:44disconnected is more so due to like negative thoughts it could be due to negative thoughts
00:51it could be due to not knowing what your body likes it could be due to so many different things
00:56and so check in with yourself do you get frisky by yourself right are you only do you get frisky by
01:03yourself and not get frisky with your partner that's a sign that you may not be disconnected
01:09and it may be a more of a relational issue
