00:30So I'll take that, if it were an appetizer, I would take that sweet bread and I would put like a chicken salad on top.
00:36If I were making it into a dessert for a formal plated dinner, then I would make some sort of a, something that complements your plantain,
00:47some sort of a mango sauce or something like that to kind of, you know, go over the plate and serve it.
00:54So you're looking at styles that you learned here, but you're trying to take the authentic desserts from home and turn it into that miraculous dessert.
