00:17So I've noticed that people on line bikes, I think, are more likely to like run red lights and go up on pavements.
00:22They are a bit of an inconvenience for people who do not use them, especially people who might be visually impaired or like within a wheelchair,
00:28that they can block sidewalks or places that are more accessible for them to be walking.
00:35So I think line bikes are probably a positive thing.
00:38But I think the sort of infrastructure around the city to make sure that it's safer and easier for people probably has not been put in place yet and probably should be.
00:46Probably people who got on a line bike haven't necessarily thought as much about the process of cycling
00:53and what you're supposed to do in order to ride a bike around a busy city like London,
00:57because it's so easy to just pick one up and go.
