The woman films her daughter while surprising her with something she's wanted for years.
In this clip, Kristin Carver gives her birthday girl the shoes she has asked for many times.
"My oldest had been asking me (for years) to paint a pair of shoes for her," said Kristin. "We bought a pair of white shoes for the new school year months ago. Work and family made it difficult to get them painted, and they sat undone.
