00:00When you build a business, like I said, it's a spiritual journey.
00:04And the more you're in it, the more work you will have.
00:07The work is not going anywhere.
00:09So I think as women, we have to learn how to take a step back,
00:13take care of ourselves, right?
00:15It's kind of like the analogy of an airplane.
00:17Put the mask on yourself first before you put it on your children.
00:21And I think, you know, I think it's a beautiful thing that as women of color,
00:24we're conditioned and trained to take care of everyone
00:26before we take care of ourselves.
00:28But I think that when you take on the non-entrepreneurship journey,
00:31because it's long, as you know, the highs and lows, it's the reverse.
00:36You have to take care of yourself, whatever that means for you.
00:38And men too, mental health, gym, swimming, poetry,
00:43like find ways to be creative and to not always think about your business
00:48because that pause is what usually gives you even more births of creativity
00:52to understand what to do with the information that is laid in front of you.
