00:00In Pompeii 2000 years ago there were vineyards and today there are again vineyards where we
00:24cultivate wine and this helps us to lower the costs for maintenance but it's also I
00:31think a fantastic opportunity to let people know about the history of Pompeii
00:37which is in large part the history of agriculture and the countryside and of
00:42the balance between human communities and environment.

01:18which is not only the wine itself but also the whole culture around it, the being
01:23together and how to cultivate it and the landscape in which this is being done.
01:32To the Roman times it's all a great tradition, one continuity which still continues.
