00:45I have a question for you.
00:49You have to answer your question.
00:52You have to answer your question.
00:54You have to answer your question.
00:58The first problem is that you don't have to answer your question.
01:01You can't have the cake and eat it too.
01:07Either you allow the publication.
01:10I don't agree with this.
01:20He is in a sensitive post.
01:23We are all bound by the Official Secret Act of 1923.
01:27We have to answer your question.
01:30We have to answer your question.
01:32We have to answer your question.
01:34We have to answer your question.
01:36We have to answer your question.
01:38So, there are sensitive matters which you can't quote.
01:40The public cannot come to know about all of this.
01:42The Official Secret Act of 1923 is in direct conflict with RTA of 2005.
01:48That is the debate.
01:50But that is the constitutional head.
01:52You can't write everything for the public domain.
01:55And everybody can't take.
01:56Everyone has no awareness.
02:00This is not an event of...
02:04This is not an event of...
02:05This is not an event of yesterday.
02:10This is not an event of yesterday.
02:11This is history.
02:14This is not an event of all為s.
02:15This is not an event of all these people.
02:16This is a event of the public domain as part of 1962.
02:38You know, what time Maxim wrote in 1962? After the Battle of Rajin, you know, R2 complex is not the complex of Rasangla and Rajinla.
02:47In the battle, 121 people were there, company commander.
02:52And along with all soldiers, 114 people were killed by China.
02:58Not in Rasangla. Six people were captured at PW's.
03:02One chap returned from that battle to tell the whole story how this battle was fought.
03:06You know what he writes? He says, everybody had a bullet on their chest or not on their back.
03:13You know what Time magazine wrote after 1962 operations? Indian soldier needs everything except courage.
03:21Courage is one thing that he has in abundance. Everything else was lacking. Equipment was not there.
03:28Arms were not there. Ammunition was not there. Everything was not there.
03:32Decisiveness is not about raw official. Decisiveness is not about, oh, I have given you free hand. No, that is not decisiveness.
03:41Building up to that fight, six years, seven years, ten years, eleven years, you have to equip your army, you have to train your army, you have to strengthen your army.
03:49That is decisiveness.
03:50That is decisiveness.
03:51Contrary, Prime Minister is saying that what is the Prime Minister?
03:53You are saying that what is the political leadership and the decision?
03:57General Naravani is saying that I have to be abandoned, and that is what is the system.
04:02What is the problem for you? Prime Minister.
04:05See, first is, he should have spoken to General Naravane himself. He is after all speaking to the chief of army staff.
04:16And he is working for him. He was his choice. Actually, General Naravane, you choose.
04:22I don't know, I have forgotten the name. No, no.
04:25No, there was another person who was in line. There was no other person. I will give you the history behind this.
04:28That's okay. But you choose. The first thing is, Prime Minister should have come on line. First, he should talk about it.
04:38Given direction, find out what the ground realities are. Then say, see, these are my...
04:46Just like you are talking about. You are not talking about it.
04:49Field Marshal, Manek Shah and Indra Gandhi. He should have come on line.
04:54He should have come on line. He should have come on line.
04:59By the messager pool.
05:02Messager Lee was defense minister.
05:04That's right. That's right.
05:06See, ultimately, you must understand one thing.
05:12This is a very serious situation. Extremely serious situation.
05:15Three slides had come on line.
05:19One kilometer is one.
05:21You are not getting so many calories.
05:24You are not getting so many calories.
05:26You are not getting so many calories.
05:28You are not getting so many calories.
05:33But the tanks are getting so many calories.
05:36In the critical period, Prime Minister should show leadership.
05:41But why do you have to leave the ship?
05:44No, no, no.
05:46See, the thing is, tanks do not move like that. It is not a terrain for tanks to move. Tanks will only stand and fire.
05:52Where do tanks move? They are in deserts. Actually, tanks are mine for deserts.
05:56In this high altitude region, in the direct firing role, it is a deterrent. It is a deterrent. It can't move.
06:06There are peaks. There is limited line of communication and movement. There is no line of communication.
06:11There is high mountain road. The valley is about movement.
06:14Well, Muthi Sir, I have to talk about the operational details about the system.
06:20Do you have to talk about the Prime Minister?
06:23No, I don't agree with that.
06:25Yes, I have to talk about the tactical battle area.
06:31Yes, Joshi Sir, I have to talk about it. I have to talk about it.
06:34I have to talk about it. I have to talk about it.
06:36Yes, I have to talk about it.
