20:20You know, his eyes were wide open.
20:22I still haven't made sense of it.
20:33The suspect had made the claim that he had knives pointed at him.
20:36We needed to either prove or disprove that theory.
20:42Our investigators had obtained a video taken by witnesses at the scene.

20:48As part of this investigation, and as a crucial piece of evidence, that video was truly the main linchpin.

22:04The first time that you watched the video, it appeared as though he had been pushed.
22:28There was some sort of argument, and it really wasn't until we slowed the video down when
22:34we saw firsthand how deliberate his acts were.
22:45You see how deliberately he takes the knife out and holds it to his side.
22:51He didn't shout at anybody, get back, I have a knife, don't touch me, I have a knife.
22:56He held it there, it seemed, until he was ready to use it.
23:02As he holds the knife out of sight, Mick uses his other hand to hit the woman directly in
23:08front of him.

23:13Which causes the young men to come to her defense.
23:19How determined and brash he looked when he stabbed AJ in the abdomen, and then kept going,
23:37it was a complete contradiction to what he had told me about being scared and fearing for
23:44his safety and fearing for his life.
23:48He stabs two other people before he ultimately stabbed Isaac in the bottom of the heart.
23:58Isaac laid there dying.
24:01Others were severely injured.
24:05For Nick to walk back to his inner tube, watch the responders, the medics, and the crowd
24:12work to save lives, speaks a lot about his character, his guilt, and his disregard for life.
24:20That look on his face, to me meant the outcome was not going to be good.

24:32He had an entire river to walk.
24:35He chose not to.
24:40Five people suffer serious stab wounds during the frenzied attack.
