00:00That you have to go through a firewall for viruses and impurities to be taken out.

00:42Just like something coming in as an email filled with viruses, your computer holds it, says,

00:52Your computer may even shut down because of its process.

01:09So, every day you recite Taseen ï·º a hundred times a day and focus upon your heart, say,
01:19Ya Rabbi, open for me.
01:20And what do you say?
01:22Taseen tilka ayat al-Qur'an wa kitab al-mubeen, ignite my heart with that flame.
01:29Because the moon has to understand, those whom are training to be a moon, what are you facing?
01:37You think that when they taught it, you would keep reciting it.
01:41But many people just pass these teachings and we go to the next day.
