00:00Seeing Kamala Harris run for president means seeing black women that look like me get this country, pick it up, and turn it around, and send it in the right direction.
00:08Kamala's candidacy represents a lot of things for me.
00:13One, that she is a black woman, but also that she can bring new, innovative ideas, something fresh, and that's what we need in this time of uncertainty, this time of unusualness.
00:26What this election means for me, it's historic. I also graduated from Howard University, so I'm super excited, and I just know she's going to win.
00:35It's an opportunity for us as black women to just celebrate one another. It's also an indicator that the sky is the limit. All glass ceilings are broken.
00:44I mean, it's almost an even playing field, but whether it's even or not, we're out there playing. Not to mention, she's qualified for this position.
00:51Women are ruling now. Women are running things, and women have that common denominator that brings everyone together.
00:59And we know that Kamala's going to do that. We know that she is going to move this nation, and we're going to be with her every step of the way.
01:06Kamala, work with us. Continue to work with us. Do what's right for the people, because you know what?
01:12When you do what's right for the people, the people will do what's right for you.
01:15I'm filled with the utmost amount of pride, and I will be out here, along with other black women, supporting her, and ensuring that on November the 5th, she is elected to be the first black woman to be the president of these United States.
