00:00I think it's a constant fight. I don't think that there's by no means is the
00:05fight over for what we need to do to find that balance and I think at the end
00:12of the day that's what you want you want to you want your you want opportunity
00:16and you want fairness and let me earn it from there get me in the room let me
00:21earn it right and I mean I also think that you know as audience as consumers
00:26like we have a responsibility to on exactly what we're consuming you might
00:31not know this but you might think that these people on this stage have a lot of
00:35power but you actually have far more power than we do you know because you
00:41are the ones that are consuming the product you are the ones that are
00:45dictating what is going to be made if you believe it or not and so even as
00:51consumers just remember that that even if it's a project that might not
00:56pull your passion just know as a people we always have to support diverse just
01:03you know just diverse personalities diverse stories within our communities
01:08we have to remember that because if you're not buying it it's not gonna get
01:12made I don't care what we do yeah everyone may be masters at their craft
01:17and everyone may be masters what they do but we're all new to this particular scene
01:20we're new to this particular line we've never done this scene before and so in
01:24that moment like we're all new and so as a director you're building moments and so
01:28just remembering what like with actors and the cinematographer we're all new to
01:31this moment and so approach with that that's beautiful Monica how do you I was
01:36just gonna say that it's so interesting because society will tell you you know to
01:43try to conquer your fear before you enter in and I just feel like I don't care if I'm
01:49scared I'm still going yes yeah yeah I could feel a way but I'm gonna put on my
01:55shoes and I'm still gonna walk in that room and the three words that have pushed
01:59me through that place are no matter what
