00:23it's like 95 degrees and the humidity is just killing me. So I found three great products that
00:28are going to help you kind of get through days like this where you're just like sweating
00:31and your hair is frizzy and it's just a nightmare. First of all, NARS has this amazing eyeshadow
00:39primer. It's called Pro Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base. It's $24 at Sephora.com and
00:45what this does is you put it on your eyelids before you put on your eyeshadow and it helps
00:50prevent it from melting down your face basically. Or, you know, when it settles into your fine
00:56lines and you get the creases or when it separates, eyeshadow in the summer and humidity, like
01:01it just does not mix. But this stuff, it really, really helps your eyeshadow stay on and look
01:06really good all day long. So this is a must. Now, we cannot neglect our hair, can we? So
01:11when you're going to the beach or you're going to hang out by the pool, you know, your hair
01:16can get really damaged on days like that. The sun can make it very dry. Salt water can make
01:22it dry and brittle. The chlorine in the pool, I mean, it does such a number. And if you have
01:26highlights, it can turn your highlights green, like it's a nightmare. So before you have a
01:32day at the beach or by the pool, you've got to use this Leonor Grail Wheel de Palm. It's

01:46you know, the ocean or if you're going to spend an extended amount of time in the sun. Basically,

02:18this Avain thermal spring water. It's really, really great on those days when you're just
02:22so hot and sweaty and you get out of the car or the subway, you just have a layer of sweat
02:27and it's just a mess. And what you do is you just spritz it on. It's just, it's water basically.
02:32And you just spritz it on. It doesn't affect your makeup. It's really moisturizing and it
02:37gives you sort of a dewy glow. It's just, it's a great way to refresh on a really hot summer
