01:29products, but this one I'm really loving because I love the lavender and eucalyptus scent. It makes
01:34me feel just calm and relaxed, and since it is a deodorant and antiperspirant, I'm also staying

01:48and this is the Mother Body Oil, which I totally love. First of all, get into the packaging. How
01:54chic is that? But I love this because it's an oil, a body oil that has all seed oils in it,
02:00so it's really nourishing to your skin. It's going to make your skin not only feel luxurious,
02:06but look luxurious, so thank you, mother. That same company also has this amazing body butter,
02:13which I love as well, and there are three. There's a trifecta of body butters. It's shea,
02:20it's cocoa, and it's also mango butter, so you know it's good. So luxurious, so amazing. Look at how
02:27creamy and thick that is. Love, love, love. Thanks again, mother. Next up, we have Prima. I'm really kind
02:36of obsessing over this company. I love the fact that they are harnessing the power of CBD, and we
02:42all know that everyone's getting into the CBD game, but I think they're doing it really well. It's 100%
02:47clean and natural. This is their R&R cream, which is really nice. It's an intensive treatment for muscles
02:53and joints, so after you're working out, after you know you're doing other things, I don't know what
02:59you're doing, but if you're feeling sore, you definitely want to use this. It will help, you
03:05know, relax your muscles and calm you. It has rosemary and menthol and all of the things, but
03:10really loving that CBD. All right, tried and true Juergens. We love Juergens. We love everything Juergens

04:18loving this one. It's called Afro Blue, and it actually turns blue. It has white peony tea in it.
04:25It has lemongrass, cloves, cinnamon, and the blue pea flowers are what actually turns the actual liquid
04:32blue. I love the fact that it's also a black-owned tea house, and I think it's just like a fun and
04:40relaxing and really cool experience. This beautiful, gorgeous, amazing book is by LaTanya Yvette. Woman of
04:49Color is a celebration of motherhood, sisterhood, style, beauty, loss, and resilience. If you're not
04:55following LaTanya on Instagram, you should be. She's amazing. She's so inspirational. I actually have
05:02a chapter in the book talking about natural hair, so thank you so much for including me,
