00:00Coach Vrabel and what he's brought to the team?
00:02Coach Vrabel, amazing coach, man.
00:05He's a players coach.
00:08Man, I couldn't ask for a better coach, man.
00:10He always tells us how lucky he is every day to be our coach.
00:13So he brought in a good winning culture, man.
00:17Hard-working guys.
00:18He got a good staff.
00:19I would say it's an identity and an adherence to a standard that we all live by.
00:23It may sound like canned or whatever, but that's the truth of it.
00:26It's just, you know, it's not a new concept of accountability,
00:31but it's the way that we adhere it and hold each other to it.
00:33He is a great head coach.
00:34He, you know, holds everyone accountable,
00:37and he makes sure that guys are in the right place.
00:38And if you're not, he'll let you know.
00:40And he's very hands-on at practice,
00:42and he's giving you all the coaching points that you can take.
00:45And, you know, that's something I can appreciate,
00:46especially coming from a former linebacker in himself.
00:49He's been a phenomenal leader, so, and I think it starts, like, head down.
00:54So, he's the head coach, and he makes sure to hold everybody accountable in the building.
00:58And he's doing a phenomenal job leading up.
