00:12of Dicey Riley's and it's kind of ironic you know the pub that we found after looking at so many
00:17pubs was an Irish pub and here we are as Greeks owning an Irish pub but they're their kindred
00:23spirits the Irish and the Greek they love their music they're passionate for their food and their
00:27wine yeah it's just meant to be it's one of those perfect things in your life took me a while to
00:32find here but now that we found it it's grown on us as I think it's grown on the people of Wollongong
00:38so we've got a variety of different people coming in different demographics the uni crowd is coming
00:44in here now it's become very popular but the great thing is everyone's gelling together so many pubs
00:49now being done up and they become trendy and they lose their heart you know and so as time changes
00:55there's a greater appreciation for the old okay what was so the pub offers that oasis from the
01:03hustle and bustle it offers that place where people can just go and be people and enjoy themselves
01:07the foundation roots of the pub are here you know so I think that's its unique characteristic
01:13you don't want to lose your roots your soul you want to actually respect that
